Regular donations are carried out through a third-party service, Anedot, so by providing a donation to OSP, you agree to the privacy practices detailed in the Anedot Privacy Policy. Donations for the use of the Care Program Evaluation Checklist are carried out through PayPal by WooCommerce. Please see the WooCommerce privacy documentation and the PayPal Privacy Statement. You acknowledge and agree that your donation information for the Care Program Evaluation Checklist is processed through these third-parties and you consent to their Privacy Practices.
We may be required to disclose your personal information:

  • To enforce or apply our Terms of use.

Deleting your personal information may mean that we are required to delete your account.
